Joseph has over 20 years of financial-services experience, starting in financial planning and wealth management before moving into investment management. His expertise includes fund selection, portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation, MPF services, and investment risk monitoring.

With a financial engineering background, Joseph supports the IPP Group’s investment research and discretionary portfolio monitoring under the firm’s investment process, mandates, risk parameters, and Investment Committee framework.

As Director and Responsible Officer of IPP Financial Advisers Limited since 2020, Joseph oversees investment operations. Since 2025, his remit has included developing advisory and discretionary investment management services and regulatory compliance. He is committed to sound governance, professional integrity, and long-term, risk-adjusted client value.
